Your booking fee

A £50 non-refundable booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from the final treatment cost. Reserving a time in Setmore does not secure the appointment until the clinic receives this payment. Laqué arranges payment directly; the online calendar does not collect it.

Your consultation

A consultation costs £50 and is fully redeemable against treatment carried out the same day. The booking fee is credited towards your appointment total, not added as a second £50 charge.

Changing your appointment

You may reschedule up to two times with at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the booking fee. After two reschedules, a new £50 booking fee is required.

Arriving on time

The clinic has a strict ten-minute lateness policy. If you arrive more than ten minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled and the booking fee forfeited.

Coming to the clinic

Please attend alone. Guests, children and under-18s cannot be accommodated.

The right place, on the right day

Your appointment location follows the day you choose. One calendar serves both locations; North London appointments take place in Seven Sisters, N15. The clinic will confirm arrival instructions directly.
